Annual reflection workshop of persons with severe disabilities under the topic “Disability Inclusion into Community Development”

On December 20, 2016, there was an annual reflection workshop of persons with severe disabilities under the topic “Disability Inclusion into Community Development” conducted by PPCIL and facilitated by CDMD senior team. There were 30 (F: 13) participants, 19 (F: 8) of which are PWDs. The workshop is to follow up the progress the work has been done and challenges have been encountered by PWDs within their community. It was reported that the understanding of disability from community people has become gradually better, and the discrimination toward PWDs has been decreased.
