Reflection training workshop on Personal Assistant (PA)

PPCIL conducted one reflection training workshop on Personal Assistant (PA) held on December 29, 2016 to volunteers performing as personal assistants assisting persons with severe disabilities in communities within target areas. There were 16 (F: 9), 9 (F: 4) of whom are PAs, and 4 (F: 2) are PWDs. All PAs seemed to quite understand on how to assist PWDs with their daily living. In fact, all PAs and PAs’ users were asked to go to the market. The purpose is to let PAs’ users order their PAs to get something they prefer. In other words, it is to give ultimate independence and rights for them to make decisions through personal assistant service.
