Phnom Penh Independent Living Center exclusively carry out any activities involving the disabled people’s independent living program. All of objective activities will be held at No 420, 68K Road, Phum Chamkar Ovlek, Sangkat Kakap, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh. In the pilot activity will be spread between the capital city of Phnom Penh, Kandal, and Kompong Speu province for our target.
